      More work less pay/Zero or No promotion/very less appreciation. No work life balance. Very frustrated.

      Pros

      Teams are good, colleagues are good. You will be paid good while joining first.

      Cons

      Managers are very bad. Management is very bad and keeps changing. Very strict and micro management policies/rules. Very less you see appreciation from management/managers. Not good employees favor policies. No proper salary hikes. No growth once you are in. Very less promotions and salary hike, not up to the market standards, very less compare to its competitors.

      health insurance is kind okay.

      Cons

      I don't have mush work experience (about 10 years) this company might be the worst I ever joined. Poor management, poor organized project, not respect people, cold blood manager, Only 3 days parental leave.... unbelievable.

      Pros

      Steady job, relaxed environment, great work-life balance, they rarely fire anyone unless a lot of people are on bench or a big account is lost

      Cons

      if you are not from India you are not welcome on the company by most fellow Indian employees, and they won't share their knowledge or share work with you, so a lot of people wander around or watch youtube on their desks while Indian guys overwork to try to get a promotion but end up giving a lousy service to the client
