- A strong team of developers - Well-equipped office

Cons

Outdated products Very stressful work due to outdated products, which are difficult to understand. One needs to figure out how the product works by themselves. A 12-hour shift during stressful conditions requires attending meetings with customers and reporting on work progress every 2 hours. In some cases, there wasn't even time to eat during the 12-hour shift. After leaving the job, gray hair and nervous breakdowns appeared. There was no career growth or development whatsoever. The salary is significantly below market rates.
