Thank you for your post. We regret that you were impacted by the restructuring. Informatica is not closing all of our offices in Russia, however you are correct that we have notified the team in St. Petersburg this week that we will be closing that office down at the end of the year. We have done our best to offer generous packages to those who were impacted, including financial and career transition support as well as a long notice period of the pending change. We also offered employees the opportunity to relocate to one of our other development sites, though I appreciate that not everyone would want to move to the US, Canada or Ireland. The decision was a difficult one, but is a result of the company’s rapid organic growth and inorganic expansion, with more global sites than we could efficiently manage. Hence, the difficult decision to make this change. We wish you well in your future career endeavors – please let any one of the HR team know if we can help with anything during your transition or in the future.
