Pros
1. Flexible working hours (But sometimes it can be a con too.) 2. Free Lunch & Dinner 3. Coursera - helps u to acquire new skills for free.
Cons
1. If the project scope is less or already matured, very less scope for learning. 2. Working hours are not discrete, it often stretches to 10-11 hrs. (Especially in WFH) 3. Compensation depends on the Manager & budget of the project. 4. Sometimes Leads direct you to do the task as they have it in their mind. You don't get time to explore on your own and learn. 5. Less team inclusion in the product management or higher-level discussions.
