If there is a specific training which you suggest should be introduced kindly feel free to share the same with your manager or the HR team, we will certainly look at how we could take it forward.
We also give a lot of focus to innovation, if you have seen we organized for an Innovation Day and had some brilliant ideas that came from our employees where they got an opportunity to present them as well. Some of the ideas are now being taken forward for implementation or being added to the future product road map. Also, some of the products that you see today are also ideas that our employees have had over the years hence we encourage you to please share your ideas and it will certainly be welcome.
