Cons

Work credit is not propagated to developer, manager or some intermediate guys takes all credit, some times it is discouraging. Note :- It may not be true for all teams.

From Bad to Worse

Pros

Few good products. Good compensation package.

Cons

After acquisition, people who were working here since long time are leaving. ESPP and RSU benefits are gone post acquisition. Lots of attrition. Lot of good people have left. No work life balance. You are very often required to work late nights and on weekends. People are not co-operative especially in hyderabad. No process in place. Hyderabad facility is bad.

Decent Pay Good work Environment Denying all the rumors its growing faster than expected It has many established product beside ETL tool Early adopters of the buzzing technology Bangalore team have end to end ownership of the product Good facilities

Cons

Very less leaves Cab facility costly Food in food court not up to the standard More component based pay in salary structure for tax saving
