      Pros

      HR department is significantly better than other companies of similar size. Medical Insurance is quite good and well planned.

      Cons

      Top management doesn’t care about its own employees. Internal politics has grown multi folds in the last few years. There is a lot of uncertainty and ambiguity among employees. No clear vision wrt work even for the next few months.
