Stay away if you care for your career

Pros

People are nice. Which is a good thing. But that's it.

Cons

Worked at Informatica for more than 5 years. Culture was good back than. 2 years back, the company went private. Since then, company is bleeding talent. Managers does not seem to care. No more bonus. Not to mention equity, forget about it. Inefficiency and poor management are the key factors. If you are a below average engineer you'll like it.

Our employees give us consistently high marks across the board and analysts rate us very highly for innovation, customer service and market leadership. Glassdoor recently included us on a list of the top employers in high tech for compensation and benefits. And we do have a bonus program for all employees. Its an awesome place to work, great people very well recognized for hard work, great benifits outside salary(free food ,team outings etc) standard pay, good work life balance.Most importantly they take care of their employees and make them feel important to the organization

Cons

Few teams working on old established products mainly work in maintenance mode.Learning is limited in those teams
