      We appreciate your feedback. And we completely agree with you that the people of Informatica are great. As for our focus and long-term strategy, that was discussed at the All-Hands meeting April 27th by our senior leadership. In case you missed that event, you can find a recap on Life@ as well as summaries from our recent InformaticaWorld 2015, where we showcased our plans and technologies in front of thousands of customers from around the world. We are entering a new and exciting phase of the company’s history so I'm sure you will see a lot more focus moving forward.

      Great work culture.Nice and helpful colleagues.Lots of things to learn

      Cons

      Pay is less than industry standard.Huge difference in salaries at the same level.Not much training opportunities. Have to do a lot of hard work at the starting, since no training is given. Lots of debugging work at the beginning which dies not have any opportunities outside INFA

If there is a specific training which you suggest should be introduced kindly feel free to share the same with your manager or the HR team, we will certainly look at how we could take it forward. We also give a lot of focus to innovation, if you have seen we organized for an Innovation Day and had some brilliant ideas that came from our employees where they got an opportunity to present them as well. Some of the ideas are now being taken forward for implementation or being added to the future product road map. Also, some of the products that you see today are also ideas that our employees have had over the years hence we encourage you to please share your ideas and it will certainly be welcome.
