      Very pro sales process. Pays very well. Focused in its core. US helps a lot. Great products. Great installed base.

      Cons

      Need more seniority at local team. Products are good but it seems to have some high risk overlay with other technology components.

      Pros

      Informatica has some excellent technologists and a relatively friendly atmosphere. The integration space is growing and lots of companies are looking for data integration solutions.

      Cons

      The company is product focused on the 60+ products it sells making it difficult to service customers that want integrated data-integration solutions. They were trying to integrate many acquisitions, but never quite figured out how to do it.
