      Used to be a great place to work, not really the case anymore unfortunately

      Pros

      Decent benefits, interesting work sometimes, tech stack is good, travel to other offices in different countries availability.

      Cons

      The office isn't as friendly and social as it used to be pre covid, which used to be a strength. Career progression not great. Overall the company company treats you like a number and a dollar sign and won't hesitate to get rid to save money, even if the company is making big profits.

      1. Salary 2. Manager 3. a bit of micromanagement 4. No respect for customers/ vendors if they are dependent on the company by the legal head/ Director of the Asian region who thinks very high of himself. He will make you feel he is the superior and you are the person below him. In reality, nobody from the Sales ever wanted to work with him because of his arrogant attitude. Plus he will crack some weird jokes where you would be forced to laugh.
