      Company is a typical Silicon Valley software company. Experience of each employee depends on the team, as with other companies.

      Cons

      My personal experience is the head of my team had no experience in the industry. Rather than work with the existing team members, he would make decisions void of common sense or logic. The previous team lead was great, but left to retire.
