Work culture is great. Innovation and new ideas are always encouraged. Company is working like a startup which provides a person full opportunity to learn and improve oneself. Food is OK and edible.

Cons

Treating people with same experience in the same way, irrespective of the work that they do is one thing company should look at. Very few opportunity for business travels.

Cons

New management can simply take out people from projects and make them feel insecure Too much regional favoritism. Team I worked had only Tamilians. I was the only odd man out and I could not get along well with them.

Cons

Work credit is not propagated to developer, manager or some intermediate guys takes all credit, some times it is discouraging. Note :- It may not be true for all teams.
