      Worst management and simply do layoff for their stock increments

      Very few good seniors, not everyone you will be lucky if your manager is technically sound

      Cons

      Worst manager , dont know about the project but acts like he know everything Worst CEO , simply he do layoffs if the stock value is low. Manager did not recognize your work , if you want hike you would become his chamcha. No guarantee of job , they will layoff without prior notice. No respect to the employees, they simply scold . if employee is girl she will cry at bathrooms

      First off leadership has expressed interest in ending internal Consulting, so this is a limited adventure. You are expected to find your own work. Training and (non-billable) hours are watched closely. Training courses you log will be audited, you can be tested on courses you take, and are only allowed the EXACT hours they say it should take you.
