No negatives for me at this time.

Too much pathetic toxic Micromanagement in my team. Manager thinks company owning the himself and even if go for tea also his face getting change i never saw this kind of culture.we need sit infornt of him only always I worked very small scale company like 5to10 employees only there are I don't see this much toxic culture. We were worked last year like Day/night/weekends but there no comp off.but if we take leave or coming late also he raise questions. Also he do favoursim Manger language people only he ignores easily others.
