Pros

Very flexible and not known for micromanagement. Most employees there are fairly reasonable people. They like to promote from within.

Cons

I had to dodge several layoffs until one got me, so consider that. I've seen them gut teams and expect the skeleton crew (sometimes just one person) to step up and do the work of 3 people without additional compensation.
