      Pros

      Pros: Good environment to work. Nice place to learn and explore new things. Best place where one can try to innovate and try. Managers and management fully support innovations and help with necessary resources, ideas. Good support by managers and they back you the all times, even in tough situations. Not political, each one is treated equally well Management always tries to recognize and makes employees feel good about what we are doing.

      Cons

      Nothing. Management frequently looks into the gaps identified and resolves it positively - which is a good sign.

      Pros

      Company treats its employees very well. Always willing to assist in helping you build your career, from opening positions based on where you want to work next, to providing the training needed for you to be successful

      Cons

      To be totally honest, I don't have any cons for working at Informatica. It has been a pleasure, and I don't see myself leaving at any point soon.
