      Value of each employee is well recognized by the supervisor and treated well, You are given all resources required to make your work efficient, Lot's to learn and office culture allows for formal and informal communication with other employees They like to keep you motivated through outings, international conferences, and making you work from other geographies for short time.

      Cons

      Some time work load could be over whelming and you will find incharge of critical cases more often than not!
