      The senior management at Informatica get the job done and also are interested in your professional and personal growth. They will help you with where you want to go.

      Cons

      It is a large company and at times difficult to get to know other employees other than the ones in your immediate team. Everyone is very driven to meet their goals and tend to only mingle with their immediate coworkers.

      very good benefits, great projects with excellent growth opportunities. the people at Informatica are extremely talented and strive to build excellent products

      lack of forward planning for their future releases - very short term thinking of product/ features that are even difficult to achieve in short time frames

      Good product based company. It is a fast growing company leader in its space. Management is very supportive towards work.

      Depends on the team you are joining. In general huge work pressure is there. It leads to a disbalance of work and life.
