      1. Excellent work culture and work ethics. 2. Opportunity to work with people of different culture. 3. We get to work on some awesome technologies. 4. Almost all the people you meet are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      1. Deadline pressures can be taxing. 2. Release deadlines keep changing at times. There is not much to be said as cons for INFA.

      very good benefits, great projects with excellent growth opportunities. the people at Informatica are extremely talented and strive to build excellent products

      Cons

      lack of forward planning for their future releases - very short term thinking of product/ features that are even difficult to achieve in short time frames

      Don't work there as a contractor

      Pros

      As a contractor, my boss was very firm about me working only 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      I worked there as a contractor for a couple of years and was treated like a second class citizen. My boss kept me in the dark regarding everything, saying that she was protecting me. She never invited me to meetings and micromanaged me at every turn.
