      1.Has the pace of a startup, 2.Great management with clear roadmap for the company. 3.Good compensation in the Industry. 4.No clear competition in the Domain to the company.

      Cons

      1.Need to increase the benefits to the employees. 2.Should look to expand to different verticals , instead of being confined to just Data ,though it is best in what it does.

      Strong people culture Informatica has a value propisition that is highly compelling AND that you can understand Informatica has what every single company in the world needs, therefore the opportunities are everywhere Outstanding executive management
