      Great Learning Experience

      Pros

      Learn more as you go - Lots of good projects having too much of R&D Stuff Transparency in work Great work culture - flexible timings(I loved this most), work from home, decent recreational activities Learned team mates Decent oppurtunities to get exposure working in abroad. Nice pay and quick promotions if you are performing well.

      Cons

      Nothing much to say here. A few more recreational activities can be added to bring the "WOW EFFECT".
