Excellent culture - supportive and empowering. Compensation and benefits very good. Outstanding products and corporate reputation. Challenging and fun place to work.

Cons

Market still knows Informatica as an "ETL-shop". Need to do a better job communicating the many complimentary and innovative solutions that Informatica offers.

- Great Work life balance. - Great people to work with- everyone was very welcoming and was willing to help me get up to speed with ways of the land. - The new employee orientation was a great way to introduce new employees to Sr. Level executives, including the CEO and CFO. - Competitive Pay - Flexible hours, I've been going to the gym at lunch time. The gym is a full service on premise gym that is provided free of charge. It is very comprehensive including full basketball court, swimming pool, classes and even a rock climing wall! - Open door policy - Diverse - Team activities and off-sites to reconnect and recharge

Cons

Traffic on the 101 can be a little bit challenging depending on where you live.

It is great to hear that you are happy with your choice to work for Informatica. Traffic is a challenge for sure and have an initiative under way to look into the feasibility of providing a shuttle service, as we have heard this pain point from others who commute to the RWC office.
