Company has struggled with execution lately, competition and changes in landscape are making things difficult for the company.

Great products, still industry leading, but competition are making more noise and are setting the agenda. After many false starts the Channel Program looks like it will be a success.

Cons

Accountants running the show. Try to do too many things with too few resources.
