      Pros

      1. Work is nice and well organized. 2. People are helping and supportive in nature. 3. Management is good. 4. Good chances to grow and learn.

      Cons

      1. People don't like fun. They are too much work-oriented. In short, life becomes boring. 2. New comers are not much encouraged towards work. 3. Very less benefits to employees and interns. 4. Stipend provided to new interns is too less compared to other companies.

      The job offers very flexible hours and a great deal of freedom. Management trusts you to work when and where you want as long as you finish your work. There is a lot to learn.

      Cons

      New employees are given very little guidance or feedback. The breadth of material to learn can be overwhelming. The development process has not matured.
