      good leave, learn a lot of things, good social events, good location

      Cons

      - bad culture and work environment - its smelly, stuffy and not relaxed. - old dogs are much more respected and are treated better than newer employees. - some employees have no respect for other employees. - behind the latest technologies, use outdated tools and editors - people are not very welcoming and are quite whiny
