      Poor Middle Management.. Only Bosses and absolutely No leaders.. Take people and their time for granted... Every Boss has their own divisional management and doesn't abide either the roles or responsibilities of different functions.. you would see literally a virtual separate company running at each director level executives with atmost authority..
