India Informatica IT is a great place to work the senior management of IT, specially IT director is very talented, and very caring for people. I am here for last 5 years but the amount of learning I got from last 2 years is a lot. The best part is that only your capabilities matter, relationship may help to enjoy but performance pays.

You have liberty to work on anything you choose Very nice people Average salary better then many companies in Bangalore Work life balance.. Very good management at RWC, great vision.. Great product..

Cons

Management recruits only their known people ex IT in Bangalore is getting filled with known resources to the boss or back door entry . Majority of the IT managers are from one previous company where IT director worked. Lots of politics (yes exists everywhere ;-) but this is getting too much People are hardly recognised for their talent/expertise Slowly slipping from one great environment to below average environment People are frequently asked to leave and their position is filled with known resources/contractors
