1. A great place to start and build your career. 2. The company is comfortably placed in a niche enterprise domain and has ample growth opportunities ahead in the broader data integration space. 3. Great R&D team with some brilliant folks. In general the company is able to retain lot of folks for a decently long time in various teams! 4. An open and fair work environment that recognizes and rewards efforts. If you are a good performer, you can grow really rapidly. 5. Good exposure to various technologies as part of product development. 6. Good senior management comprising of seasoned folks.

Cons

I can't recall any downside as such..

Pros

Everybody has the required technical skill to perform at their level. No beating around the bush stuff with having to make other non-technical people understand. Facilities are impressive.

Cons

There are not much issues I could find. Everything is pretty cool.

Workplace is nice, Seniors are helpful... Learning opportunities are always there...

Cons

Salary less compared to other competitive companies... Only veg food at the cafeteria ..
