You have liberty to work on anything you choose Very nice people Average salary better then many companies in Bangalore Work life balance.. Very good management at RWC, great vision.. Great product..

Cons

Management recruits only their known people ex IT in Bangalore is getting filled with known resources to the boss or back door entry . Majority of the IT managers are from one previous company where IT director worked. Lots of politics (yes exists everywhere ;-) but this is getting too much People are hardly recognised for their talent/expertise Slowly slipping from one great environment to below average environment People are frequently asked to leave and their position is filled with known resources/contractors

Pros

You get to innovate virtually about anything and everything. The company appreciates your ideas and innovations done for the betterment of the product or the day to day work. There are no strict rules in doing anything. You can complete your work in the most smart way you could imagine, and the managers will only appreciate your work (of course, if it has been done in the right way) This company has got a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

The company pays better than the service based companies. But when compared to other leaders in the product domain, the pay here is lesser. They should increase the pay a little more for all.
