      Bad work life balance and pathetic management

      Salary is good and decent hike. Opportunity to work on latest technologies.

      Cons

      Management is pathetic. Set unrealistic timeline which can never be achieved. Worst work life balance. Too much workload and will put pressure to work on weekends. Nightout during release is common have to work 15-16hrs during release.
