Cons

Getting worse as professional people leaving, Management in RWC need to get this that people leaving are people who can easily get job because they are talented and others maybe waiting for opportunity. There are people who joined this company only because of some great leaders and the worry is that those great leaders are planning to move out that seems like they are giving up and started believing that they can't help anymore

The values of the organization are very strong and this provides a safe [lace to learn and take opportunities. The strategy and market sector informatica plays in today is one of the fastest and hotest environements to be a part of.

Thier are occasion that being smaller and indepentant makes it a tough battle in the market place.
