Pros
Mid-sized company with talented, smart, hardworking colleagues. Excellent products with great customer loyalty. Good focus on innovation. Steady growth. The culture encourages new ideas and taking risks. I see the evolution of the leadership team along with the growth of the company.
Cons
-Informatica runs lean. This can be positive if you want to try new things but can sometimes lead to burn out from wearing too many hats. -A culture with few directives means that necessary training doesn't always happen if the person who needs the training ops out.
