Open door to management. Very flexible work environment with telecommuting available for most roles. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Team-based work environment.

Cons

Most of those working here entered with the primary skills required for the job. Training is sporadic without a comprehesive education plan. Too much time spent on conference calls for most positions, which reduces productivity.
