Now that McGee is gone maybe the company will return to treating the sales organization like they have value. Charles Race is a good guy and will add value

Cons

Very weak sales management. Quick to blame employees not the lack of innovation over the last few years. No real process just tons of reporting which sales management only uses to bash employees with not to help improve the sales process

We have seen a resurgence in the energy of the entire sales organization and innovative new strategies are being adopted to tighten our focus on customer solutions. I am working at Informatica for more than 3 years. The pros are Flexible Timing Working from home option Freedom to work Good employee benefits

Cons

Heavy work load during the time of release Need to work for multiple releases Few engineers should work for multiple products in multiple platforms
