Great culture, great products, great partners, great customers, great opportunity! Informatica is a market leader in the dead center of customer need to address the ever growing strategic nature of turning data into information.

Cons

Growth challenges - but much better than the alternative! While it's tough to grow fast enough to address the massive data market - it's an exhilirating ride!

Pros

This company is in the center of one of the biggest market opportunities, the work is interesting, and the culture is truly special - helpful, supportive, and goal oriented. You can be yourself here. Hard to beat that combination.

Cons

It's in transition due to growth (just hit $1billion in revenue), and there are pain points that come with new people, new ideas, reorgs, new challenges, departures, etc. However, if you're new like me, all you see is opportunity.

You can really be your self and implement your strategy. You are so far from being a number, the CEO really knows me!

Cons

Some times is a one man show, as Data Information is so broad band, some conversations you will have to answer alone. Is impossible to know all the answers when we are talking about Data!
