Pros
Company makes a big effort to look after it's employees reflected in benefits, policies and approach - does not exactly mean you get to do what you want :) but striking a good medium to give work/life balance.
Cons
Can be hard to challenge the status quo and in some situations people are stuck in the "but this is the way always did this loop", although given the size of the company I don't think this is unusual...
