      Amazing Company to work for

      Pros

      Amazing benefits including low cost for health insurance, high 401k match, pet insurance, dental. Very competitive salary with variable compensation that can greatly increase yearly income, care about employees by offering free fitbits, unlimited vacation, emphasis on work/life balance.

      Cons

      The structure can be a bit flat with opportunities to move up limited with such low turn over but if a person really strives to excel they will be rewarded.

      Pros

      Great culture, intern events, great people. The intern program was well organized and they really took care of all of the interns. Informatica is a great company to work for and I hope that doesn't change as it grows.

      Cons

      There wasn't really any real feedback or review at the conclusion of the internship. Some the managers weren't accessible.

      Non-Transparent Leadership in Informatica India Sales

      Pros

      As an organisation you have the flexibility in work, the company spends enough resources for a good health to its employees. A culture with openness.

      Cons

      This is specific to India - the sales leadership is non-transparent, very manipulative and enforces divide and rule policy to drive business. of late the teams are going thru abusiveness , beaten and harassed. Honestly in all terms the HR isn't a judicial or a trust able body - since any confidential information shared is immediately highlighted to the manager and it leads to chaos.
