      Pros

      Better salary, Good and supporting people, Life/work balance, Not much stress, Nice facilities in campus are provided to employees, Work from home facility.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is very less or monotonous work.

      Underrated Place to Start Your Career

      Pros

      Right off the bat, you are given plenty of training opportunities. There are constant Webinars and learning opportunites that are emailed, or posted throughout our community. Very easy to pick one of these up and learn a new product, you just have to take the time to do so. Very friendly people to work with, office environment is great.

      Cons

      Internal certification programs can seem a bit tedious (even if required for the right reasons). Also the hiring process took a lot longer than it should, could work on improved feeback to possible candidates.
