      Pros

      Glad to return to INFA. Great culture with an openness of employee opinion. They reward excellence and make employees feel as part of the team. CEO is a great communicator and willing to share his thoughts transparently

      Cons

      Consulting group is very disciplined on various utilization metrics. Can be difficult to explore innovative types of engagements Focus seems to be on individual performance and not so much on team dynamics

      Always Changing and Growing

      Pros

      A great place to work. Environment is wonderful. People are fantastic and helpful, energetic and fun!

      Cons

      In the year I have been here, there have been multiple process changes (sometimes even for the same process, several times) and little direction provided when process changes are made. There has been senior management turn over. Middle managers are quite new to managing and seem unfamiliar on how to manage a group.

      Pros

      Culture, compensation, benefits are all very competitive. Working on the Sales team has been great, as we have a very collaborative and dynamic environment. The leadership has done a great job empowering myself and my colleagues to make key decisions, improve our professional skills and improve client relationships.

      Cons

      Smaller divisions of the organization sometimes don't get as much publicity as the main "bread winning" divisions. My division specifically has grown tremendously and during company announcements doesn't get the recognition I think it deserves.
