      Pros

      Compensation and hikes are ok but need a lot of slogging.

      Cons

      Some teams in particular purely operate on Language and Religion. The peers turn a blind eye if you don't fit in. Hire and Fire is part of the game if the Quarterly results are indicating a downside.
