Hands-on experience with a lot of tools Engaged and extremely good engineers Ability to learn new things on the fly if you're willing/able

Cons

Seemingly constantly running into new deadlines, being understaffed, and pushing for more Unrealistic expectations and work culture, despite what's said in the culture at large about work/life balance and being aware

1. Work life balance. 2. Management, and a very helpful team. 3. No micro management. 4. Scope of learning is vast, just dive. 5. Hands-on and exposure to an enormous domain of tech.

Cons

1. Time is necessary to be invested in here, to understand how a team functions. 2. A little bit more clarity about how/which way the work to an individual has to be assigned would be great. As a new joinee I feel a little distressed about how to showcase what I have. Expecting a little bit more on the process.
