Pros

There is a great culture which promote freedom under responsibility. The company have a nice family feeling about it . Its a mix between start up and well established company where you can have a real impact, your ideas are considered and you feel you achieved something when you go home in the afternoon. Very nice working environment and supportive mangers. You are working with very professional and experienced colleagues. The company operate in the exciting and fastest growing segment of IT Industry, Data Management. There is a lot of growth potential in booth the company and the industry. There is a lot of change that can be exciting or if you don't like it, daunting.

Cons

There is limited career progression possibilities locally in Dublin (but many if you are willing to relocate to other European locations) and you are expected to stay 2 years in the role before you move on to next role.

Pros

Full autonomy is given to their employees. Great benefits along with unlimited PTO. Ability to work at home when needed. Very capable leadership!!! Tons and tons and tons of tools to help you do your job.

Cons

If you need to have someone hold your hand to do your job -- this is NOT for you. If you lack critical thinking skills -- this is NOT for you. In all of its glory - the company is having to change very rapidly to stay ahead of the curve and this constant change can be a negative takeaway depending on how you look at it.
