Team heads are generally friendly want to give you the opportunity to grow in the company rather than use you for their growth. Employee morale is rather high. There appears to be lot of fun outdoor activities planned throughout the year. Company provides a good stock plan which could profitable for people in certain geographies. From a business perspective, the management has been proactive in acquiring companies and have now positioned Informatica as the one stop shop for all data integration and analytic needs.
