- Flexibility with respect to work timings - Gives path for our individual career development which eventually paves way for team/organizational development. - Best team to work with - Like-minded people within and around the team who help at any cost and never let you feel down - We always get continuous feedback from the manager to improve ourselves and how we can get to contribute ourselves for the development of team as well

Cons

- Less on-site opportunities - Less opportunities to work on all the products.
