Lot of firing happening. Boot licking people can only survive there. Managers are stuck there with 10 to 15 years of experience they don't know that outside world has changed still they are in 2001 mode. Strict Timings school life feel. You need say ok for everything your manager says else you will be ill treated. Very less in Hand Salary
