      Pros

      Great company to work for, many groups allow and encourage you to work remote. Very focused on meeting customer needs.

      Cons

      Infor is a melting pot of a lot of acquired technology and homegrown software. The acquired groups can tend to work in silos rather than seeing themselves as part of the larger company.
