Pros

Learned a lot, not only on the Technical side but also on how the corporate jungle really works. Taught me the value of time and keeping everything on perspective. Their Greenbean program is great although it's basically just a title but it's up to you if you'll learn a lot w the help of a mentor. Very friendly Management.

Cons

The team i was part with was okay at first but then as time went by, i realized that the team lacks on planning and resource management. Hoping for lesser politics.

Old school, in all the wrong ways

They pay on time, and hold no pay checks back.

Cons

I can honestly say this is the only company i've seen in 2018 that is still on Waterfall AND PROUD OF IT. A cancer ridden development cycle, almost no documentation (half of which is in german), SVN instead of Git, no branching, and worst of all almost NO communication. You take this environment, and mix it with a toxic old school "I'm right because I've been here the longest" attitude and you get a group that is either delusional and thinks this attitude is right, or people who just don't care anymore. That is the sad state we see the Ann Arbor office with, people have no idea what the group next to them does, or how the product works, or even HOW TO USE IT. They also pay bellow average and have terrible benefits.
