Very nice and helpful people

-Management not honest regarding technology stack on recruitment process -Project from late 90's making you depressed, no chance for change -SVN with Ant -Project build time 1h on low end laptop received from company -Veeeery slow and lot's of processes, including replacement of laptop (with better specs) and HR reaction time -High rotation rate in employment -Office from previous age - openspace on great scale -Lots of interns and juniors in the projects

Salary raises are low. Getting higher in the position is hard. So many layers between high management and employee. It is possible you get a new role and there is no training provided for you. No performance review, which means resource A and B are equal they both get same raise percentage, not matter if someone works more or less.
