      A company with nice office, salaries are fine for Czech standards.

      Pros

      If you like to travel, you will do a lot of it! Good focus on diversity. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Lots of changes to executive team indicates even more restructuring and change is coming, so be ready for a bumpy ride! Focus for consultants is billable hours, but no time for training to learn new products, features, etc without a negative impact on bonus. Negotiate a salary you are good with, because 'annual merit increases' are few and far between. And a promotion is not tied to compensation - or so I've been told by HR.
